SUMMA FITNESS & WELLNESS SUMMER ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Summer Athletic Development Program

Help your athlete get faster, stronger, more explosive, and more confident with age-appropriate training built around mobility, stability, sport-functional strength, speed, and power.

For Grades 5–8 and High School/College athletes

Athletes Need More Than Random Workouts

Many young athletes are told to “get stronger” or “get faster,” but they are rarely taught how to move well first.

At Summa Fitness & Wellness, our Summer Athletic Development Program helps athletes build the physical tools they need to perform better while reducing the risk of avoidable setbacks.

This program is not just about lifting weights. It is about developing the full athlete:
mobility, control, coordination, strength, explosiveness, speed mechanics, and confidence.

This program is designed for athletes who want to:

  • Get faster and more explosive

  • Improve strength without cookie-cutter training

  • Move better and feel more confident

  • Build better balance, stability, and coordination

  • Improve sprint mechanics and power

  • Reduce injury risk through smarter training

  • Prepare for next season with a strong summer foundation
